Remedy Needed

Anyone know of a REAL good fix for my 4 yr old's SORE throat?! She hasn't stopped crying since she got home from school! She had been to the dr's earlier today too. She was tested for strep & it came back neg. =) It only started last nite too! The salt water, icepop, Motrin... not working. I did find a recipe mix of Benadryl, Maalox & water {a dr had given this to do yrs ago!} We'll try that after dinner. Also, I'll post if it worked or not!
